We'll take care of light dusting, including fixtures, fan blades, and window blinds, while wiping down surfaces for a clean, clutter-free look. In the kitchen, we'll sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces, polish the sink, and ensure your appliances shine.
Your living and dining areas will be refreshed with vacuumed and mopped floors, and a quick tidy of surfaces and couches. If you have an office, we'll make sure it's clean and ready for productivity. In the bathroom, we'll give a light clean to the shower, tub, toilets, and sinks for a sparkling finish. Your bedrooms will be refreshed with dust-free surfaces, clean windows, blinds, and spotless floors.

Terms and Conditions:

No Furniture or Personal Items: For our move-in cleaning service, the home should be free of furniture and personal items. If there are a few items present, they must be placed in an area that does not obstruct the cleaners to ensure a thorough clean.

Large Furniture Items: If large furniture items are present in the home, the service will be reclassified as a first-time/deep cleaning, and the corresponding rate will apply.

Touch-Up Cleaning: This service is intended as a touch-up clean, meaning the home should have been pre-cleaned at some point prior to our service. Our focus is on refreshing the space rather than performing an intensive, deep clean.

Utilities: The property must have functioning air conditioning, electricity, and running water for our cleaners to perform their duties. If any of these services are not available at arrival, we will be unable to proceed with the cleaning, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or cancel your cleaning service. However, please note our policies regarding such situations to ensure fair and efficient service to all our clients.

Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service, there will be no cancellation fee.

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply.

If a cancellation is made within 4 hours of the scheduled service, we will charge 100% of the service price.

Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may reschedule their service more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any rescheduling fee.

If a client reschedules within 24 hours to 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service price will apply.

Please note that we implement these policies to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your service, which could have been utilized for other clients.
