Customized Quotes:
We offer multiple options for customized quotes:
Virtual Tour: A convenient video walkthrough of your home.
Photo Submission: Send pictures for an accurate estimate.
In-Person Walkthrough: During your first visit, we provide a flat rate; fees are subject to adjustment as needed.
Provide your address, and we’ll look up your home’s square footage online to create an accurate quote based on the size of your house. (This service applies to houses only.)
Rates may change with advance notice, especially if property conditions are misrepresented. Adjustments will be communicated upon arrival.
Cleaners:
While we cannot guarantee a specific cleaner, we are happy to inform you of the assigned cleaner and their arrival time upon request.
Our cleaners adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring respect for your home. They will not eat, smoke, watch TV, answer doors, or take calls while on the job.
Tipping is appreciated but not required. Tips can be added to credit card payments or provided in cash.
Equipment and Supplies:
We provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies. However, if specialty products or services are requested, clients must supply those items.
Rescheduling and Cancellation:
Rescheduling must be done at least one business day in advance. Late changes may incur a fee.
Cancellations made with less than one business day’s notice will result in a cancellation fee.
Breakage Policy:
Although our team takes the utmost care, accidents may occasionally happen. Please report any breakage immediately. Our cleaners will also notify you of any incidents on the job. Our cleaning services are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with a service, notify us within one business day. We will resolve the issue promptly and at no additional cost.
Personal Items:
To ensure thorough cleaning, all personal items should be put away before the service. Excessive clutter will incur an additional organizing fee.
Dishwashing:
Our service includes washing and putting away one load of dishes. Additional dishes will be placed in the dishwasher on its washing cycle.
Pets:
For the safety of our team, all pets must be secured and kept away during the cleaning process.
Utilities Requirements:
The property must have functioning air conditioning, electricity, and running water at the time of service. If these are unavailable, cleaning cannot proceed, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Recurring Cleaning:
To maintain special rates for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, bookings must follow the agreed frequency. Missing a scheduled month will result in reclassification as a deep clean/first-time clean, with the corresponding rate applied.
